Verden, 19 october 2018 – The Verden auction year is coming to a close. But on November 10, it will become exciting in the Niedersachsenhalle once again. On Saturday, 82 talented young horses will be waiting for their new owners from 2 pm onwards. The carefully selected collection offers not only exquisite dressage and show jumping horses but also reliable partners for leisure riders.
Nothing is impossible! Great Britain’s Charlotte Dujardin and Mount St. John Freestyle proved this in the international dressage arena. The cover hero of the upcoming Verden auction was discovered by Emma Blundell, owner of the stud Mount St. John in Great Britain, at the 2009 foal auction in Verden. Since then, the successful mare by Fidermark/Donnerhall, bred by Stephan Kurz, Zöbingen, has had a picture-book career, crowned this year by two bronze medals at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA.
If you want to secure your own future young star this year, you still have the chance at the Verden auction on November 10. A total of 47 dressage horses and 35 show jumpers, sired by 59 different stallions will be auctioned off. Viscount and Diacontinus are the top show jumping sires, De Niro and Finest have the most offspring among the dressage horses. In the past show season, numerous auction horses have achieved placings in the dressage ring and on the show jumping ground.
The auction horses will move into their boxes at the Niedersachsenhalle on Monday, October 29. The training period begins on Tuesday, October 30, during which the horses can be tried out in consultation with the customer advisors. The auction begins on Saturday, November 10, at 2 pm. Tickets are available under www.ticketmaster.com.
