Hamburg, May 2015 – Kent Farrington rode sixteen Global Champions Tour GPs so far, never being in the top three. But today he decided to change this personal statistics by winning in Hamburg (Germany) the fifth leg of the Longines GCT 2015. The US rider aboard Voyeur went in a six-rider jump off where all of them but one were clear again: Germany’s Hans Dieter Dreher on Embassy II had one rail down ending in 6th place. Farrington – normally one of the fastest rider in the world – stopped the clock in 48.97, leaving behind Germany’s Philip Weishaupt on Chico and Sweden’s Rolf Goran Bengtsson on Casall Ask.
