Bologna, February 2015 – John Whitaker left behind a bunch of young world stars capturing the first place in the Hong Kong Grand Prix today. The British champion riding the stallion Argento (also winner of the yesterday’s biggest class) was clear at the end of the two rounds in 42.54 seconds; Germany’s Marco Kutscher was actually faster but with a rail down. Sweden’s Henrik von Eckermann aboard Gotha took the second place ahead of France’s Simon Delestre on Ryan des Hayettes, Switzerland’s Martin Fuchs on Future and Great Britain’s number one in the world Scott Brash on Hello M’Lady. Double clear round also for the Dutch Marc Houtzager on Baccarat (6th) and the German Ludger Beerbaum on Colestus (7th).
