Paris, April 2015 – The magic is back in Paris: in a few days, the city of Lights is going to host from the 10th to the 12th April the sixth edition of Saut Hermès. Staged under the radiant Liberty style dome of the Grand Palais, between the Champs Elysées and the Seine river.
As in the past years, some classes are reserved for the Talents Hermès, selected riders from all over the world under 25 years old.
The retired french rider Michel Robert will once again be the event’s sporting advisor while German Frank Rothenberger is confirmed to be the course designer.
In the riders’ list some of the top names will be acting on the scene: Amy Graham and Edwina Tops Alexander for Australia, Gregory Whatelet and Constant Van Paesschen for Belgium, the Columbian Daniel Bluman, Sergio Alvarez Moya and Pilar Lucrecia Cordon for Spain, the Finnish Maiju Mallat, the British Scott Brash and Michael Whitaker, the Germans Christian Ahlmann, Ludger Beerbaum, Daniel Deusser and Marcus Ehning, the Irish Bertram Allen and Denis Lynch, Abdelkebir Oauddar for Marroc, the Mexican Alberto Michan Halbinger, Maikel van der Vleuten for the Netherlands, Al Bin Khalid Al Thani and Hassan Bassem Mohammed for Qatar, Luciana Diniz for Portugal, the Swiss Romain Doguet, Martin Fuchs and Steve Guerdat, the Swedish Henirk von Eckermann, the Ucranian Katherina Offel, Reed Kessler, Laura Kraut and Jessica Springsteen for US and, finally, the home riders: the French Timothee Anciaume, Roger Yves-Bost, Simon Delestre, Julien Epaillard, Alexandre Fontanelle, Jerome Hurel, Penelope Leprevost, Philippe Rozier and Kevin Staut.
Four thousands spectators are expected at the horse-Parisian rendez-vous, scheduled in the eve of the Longines FEI World Cup Final, on show in Las Vegas from the 15th to the 19th April.
