Hong Kong, October 2016 – The Longines Masters Series took an excellent start during its leg at Los Angeles, from last September 29th to October 2nd, acclaimed by the world’s best riders and the numerous spectators present. On another continent, Hong-Kong, third and last leg of the Series, received on its side the prize for “Best Live Experience at a professional sporting event”, during the sports Industry Awards & Conference 2016.
Since its creation in 2013, the event of the Longines Masters of Hong-Kong quickly got a unanimous approval among the public; today it gets all recognition it deserved during the SPIA Asia hold in Bangkok at the beginning of the month. Eleven events were listed in the “Best Live Experience at a professional sporting event” category, among them very famous like the Malaysia Grand Prix Formula E, the BNP Paris WTA Final Singapore, or the HSBC World Golf Championship Shanghai. After a meticulous and rigorous process of selection and judgment, the Longines Masters of Hong Kong will be congratulated for its lifestyle and sports quality experiences that the public can live throughout all weekend of competition.
