Oslo, October 2016 – Top riders on show in Oslo, for the CSI5*, first leg of the FEI Longines World Cup 2016-2017, on schedule tomorrow at 14.00 p.m. Forty-seven combinations competed today in the Grand Prix class, sponsored by Rikstoto: eleven of them entered the show ring and 11 of them jumping a clear first round and accessed to the jump-off. Eventually it was Pieter Devos who speeded to victory with Espoir (Surcouf de Revel).
The Belgian rider ended with a double clear in 40,59 seconds in the second round, a time no other combination could beat. In second position stood was for Brazil Yuri Mansur Gueios who, riding Babylotte (Dollar du Murier), crossed the finish line in 42,57 seconds. Edwina Tops-Alexander completed the top three with Lintea Tequila (Campbell).
